From the Student Engagement Team
At ACAP University College, we understand the importance of providing you with support throughout your studies. Our dedicated Student Engagement Team at each campus will support you throughout your time at ACAP. Whilst a student’s current educator is the recommended contact for all academic questions, the Student Engagement Team is the key point of contact when needing assistance with any administrative questions.

Explore a wealth of online resources available round the clock, personalised webinars, and friendly advisors who are here to support you. As well as student learning support and library resources you’ll be familiar with, you’ll find a host more, so whether you're looking to enhance your study skills, navigate learning materials, or manage your studies alongside health conditions, disabilities, or caregiving duties, we're here to lend a helping hand. Counselling Support and Social Work Services
ACAP counsellors provide free, confidential and short-term counselling to students which can be accessed by self-referral throughout their studies. Support may include development of coping strategies or provision of appropriate resources for study or personal related issues.
Our social worker will provide support related to issues such as health, welfare, legal, financial, accommodation. Sessions are available via Zoom, phone or in person.
Careers and Employability Service
ACAP's dedicated expert Careers and Employability team help students build employability skills that matter. Students can gain the tools needed to turn academic achievements into long-term career success. Visit the Employability Toolkit on the Student Portal for more information.
